Something on a listing is wrong

Shop closed, moved, changed hands, new number, hours no longer right? Tell us which shop and what changed. Every listing page has a correction link that pre-fills the shop name for you. We go and check rather than editing on trust, so it can take a few days — but it does get checked.

You run a shop and want to be listed

Send the shop name, the full address with the unit number, a phone number that reaches the counter, and your opening hours day by day. If you have a website, a Facebook page or a Shopee storefront, send that too — it is usually where we find the specific detail worth writing about.

We do not charge to be listed and we do not list a shop we have not checked, so being added means waiting until we are next in your area. If you are in Penang, Ipoh or Shah Alam, tell us anyway — those cities are next, and knowing which shops are worth the drive helps us plan the trip.

You want your shop taken down

Say so and we remove it. We will not ask you to justify it and we will not put it back.

Featured placement and leads

We do sell featured placement to store owners, and how that works — including what it cannot buy — is set out on how we make money. Read that first, then email us with "featured" in the subject line.

Everything else

Press, data questions, or you just think we have the wrong idea about something: same address. We are a small team, so a reply usually takes a couple of days rather than a couple of hours.
