By using seekhardware.net you accept these terms. They were last updated in September 2026. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

SeekHardware is a directory. It lists hardware shops in Malaysia with their addresses, phone numbers, opening hours and public ratings, so you can decide which one to drive to. We do not sell products, take orders, hold stock, or act as an agent for any listed shop.

Accuracy — what we can and cannot promise

We check each listing by hand before publishing it and we re-check on a rolling basis, which is set out in how we check every listing. What we cannot do is guarantee that information about someone else's business is correct at the moment you read it.

• Shops change their hours, especially over Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali.
• Shops move, change hands, change phone numbers and close.
• Ratings and review counts come from public map data and change on their own.
• Whether a shop actually has the part you need on the shelf is never something a directory can tell you.

So: call before you drive. The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. If you find something wrong, tell us athello@seekhardware.net and we will go and check it.

Dealings between you and a listed shop

Anything that happens between you and a shop you found here is between the two of you. That includes what you buy, what it costs, whether it works, refunds, damage, delivery, advice given over the counter and anything else. We are not a party to it, we take no commission on it, and we have no liability for it.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from information on it — including a wasted trip to a shop that turned out to be closed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

Links to other sites

We link out to Google Maps and, where a shop has one, to its website or social page. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their handling of your data.

Our content

The editorial notes, page copy, design and the arrangement of this directory are ours. Please do not scrape the site or republish it wholesale. Quoting a line with a link back is fine and welcome. Business names, addresses and other factual details about shops belong to those businesses.

Listings are ours to decide

We add, edit or remove listings at our discretion, using the criteria onour method page. A shop owner can ask to be removed at any time and we will do it. Being featured is a paid placement and never affects whether a shop is listed or how we describe it — see how we make money.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions go tohello@seekhardware.net.
