About K.T.O Hardware
A perfect 5.0 across 174 reviews is very rare, and that's what K.T.O Hardware has. At that volume it isn't a fluke of three friendly customers; a lot of people have bothered to leave top marks for this shop in Taman Perindustrian Desa, Kepong.
The catch is the timetable. K.T.O is open only on weekdays, between 9 AM and 5 PM; the whole weekend is off. Google also marks it as appointment required, next to a quick-visit tag, so it may be worth calling +60 16-302 3966 before you drive out, especially for larger orders. You can have orders delivered or collect them in store, as both options are listed, and the website at kto-online.com suggests you can order or check items online first. Card and NFC payment are both on the list.
The address is 5 Jalan Perindustrian Desa Aman 1B, Kepong. Nearby alternatives are a short drive: Sin Tuck Woh Hardware Kepong is 1.8 km, Proeast Hardware Trading 2.8 km and Lian Huat Hardware Timber Trading 2.9 km. If the weekend is your only free time, you'll need one of those instead.
It's one of 185 hardware stores we've checked across Malaysia; to compare it with nearby options, see all 98 hardware stores in Kuala Lumpur.

No. It's closed on Saturday and Sunday and open 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.

Has K.T.O really kept a perfect score?
Yes. A 5.0 held across 174 reviews is rare for any shop.
